Scope
This policy covers only the nablabs.app website (the “Website”). Each Nablabs app and service, such as Quokka, has its own privacy policy on its own website.

Data we process
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the Website is used (for example, which pages are viewed most). It records the page URL, the referring URL, the browser and operating system type, the country or region estimated from the connection, and page load performance.
According to Cloudflare, Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser local storage, and does not identify individuals by IP address or browser characteristics. We only see aggregated statistics.
Connection data
The Website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. To do this, Cloudflare processes connection information such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use this information to identify you.
Emails you send us
When you email hello@nablabs.app or support@nablabs.app, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to and handle your request.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use cookies or browser local storage.
- We don’t offer accounts or forms, and we don’t ask you for personal data.
- We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Cloudflare operates servers worldwide, so data may be processed outside Taiwan.
Retention
We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare under its own policy; we only see aggregated statistics.
Your rights
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and the laws that apply where you live, you can ask us to access, copy, correct, stop processing, or delete the personal data you have given us (such as your email). Email hello@nablabs.app and we will respond as soon as we can.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We will clearly announce significant changes on the Website.
